We offer visits to schools and groups with Erin and Pixie the barn owls.  We may also be able to bring along some hedgehogs depending on what we have in at the time.  Our aims are to:

• Explain about our Wildlife Rescue and the work we do.

• Promote animal care, respect for nature and ways to encourage wildlife into your gardens.

• Highlight the importance of nature in our lives.

• Offer activities related to this

Environmental Activities are varied and can include mask making, lardy logs, making bug homes, butterfly feeders and many more.

Visits can be for one hour or longer depending on what is required.

 

Arty Workshops

 

We are always happy to help you to create a wonderful artwork.  We work very closely with you on the design process and the creation of the mosaic, mural or banner.   Whether it’s a school, group or individual, we would encourage participation in the design so that we are able to transfer your ideas into the artwork.  We are able to theme your artwork to anything you are working on/school curriculum.  We find it is best when working on a project to timetable learners over the workshop sessions to be involved in the creation so that all learners get a chance to have ago and have a good experience.
